Default Need Help!!Lower control arm Bushing Popped out

My car Has been up on jack stands during new engine install and
I just found why it had gotten so squirrelly the last time I drove it. The outer passenger side lower control arm bushing is missing. the tapped end of the rod is flopping around in the bore. The shell is there But no bushing.I installed polly's for the upper control arms a few years ago but didnt touch the lowers. I think they are rubber? My question is, Does anybody Know if I "HAVE to" remove the control arm to Get another bushing in there, or can I buy a bushing and lever the rod near the center of the bore and tap in the bushing and sleeve and fasten it back up as a temporary fix until I Change all the lower Bushings sometime later??
If Its Possible to do this, whats easiest..an individual Poly or an individual Rubber?
Thanks in advance for any help on this...

Rubber will be cheaper, but poly will match. Use Locktite on the bolts so they won't back out like the one did.

I would suggest you remove the a-arm totally, and inspect for damage to the arm itself where the weight of the car was hopping around on it. It would be a good time to do the other three so all your bushings are new and ready to go.

With poly, the bolts can back out so always use Locktite.

Possible, but it will be a fight. I would go ahead and take the arm off and do it right.

polys should go in easiest since they aren't spongy

Ok, thanks all I appreciate it. Ill see how easily I can get the rod to move ,using jack, pressure, in different places under the wheel or control arm. If it wont line up Ill unload the spring and go from there. I changed out Ball joints awhile Back so I know the procedure. Thanks again..
