Made some more progress this weekend
Finally got out there and got some work done. Last week I got the patches welded in the windshield frame, 2 on the header bar and a large one on the lower corner drivers side.
The upper patches came out pretty good
I had to rework the corner piece I made a couple weeks ago to get the curve in the lip for the glass to sit in, hope it fits.
Then a lil Bondo to make a nice smooth bed for the glass
Then Primer
Hmm, can't find that one, Oh well...on to POR15
Got the wiper tray cleaned out amd painted and even got the firewall cleaned off and painted
Then in my spare time I POR15'd the floor pans and the inside of the WS frame.
Next up. glass in the floor pans.
