Default Starter / diode
Just put a mini starter on my 68 vette. Instructions call for a 10 amp diode. Can't seem to find one. Radio Shack had the largest with a 3 amp diode. Any one know where I can find one or have any alternatives?

I dont know why you need a diode, but if you bundle 3 or four of those 3 ampers together in parallel you will have a 10 amp +. I think I found a 10 amp at my local radio shack though.
