69 wiring harness....

69 wiring harness....
I was wondering if anyone (painless, etc.) make a complete harness for the 69 ??
We were pushing the 69 from storage to the car lift bay (no engine)...not knowing that the engine wiring was wrapping itself around the steering shaft (engine bay was paper/tape shut).
Anyway the harness is ok...its the, what looks like to be fiber-optic wires, were ripped out. Any sources for this ??
