Default Pnuematics

About a month ago, It started to sprinkle and I turned on the wipers. The louver for the wipers came up, but no wipers. So, I used the switch under the steering column to no avail. After that, the left headlight delayed coming up. Now, all pnuematic switches are in the "normal" off position. But I am left with the following - no wipers, but the louver comes up, the left headlight delays coming up (upto 15 minutes). All lights work ok, Right light comes up immediately. In addition, whenever I start up, the louver pops open and then closes after about 2 minutes. SO, the question is, how can i reset the pnuematic suystem? IS there a proximity switch for the wipers to actually come up? They move just a bit, but then stop.

you have leaks and sticking relay valves. Trace down and fix the leaks on the hoses for the headlights and wiper door actuator, then see where your at.

There is a switch on the firewall that is tripped by an arm when the wiper door opens the whole way. This switch allow the wipers to run only when the door is up. This switch is either bad or not being tripped. Find it and with the wiper door up, push on the arm to see if it will trip.
