Default back end lopsided

recently i noticed that my back driver side is sitting lower than the rest of the car. it sat up for about a month and a half cause the brakes went out and i didn't have time to work on it, and when i did, other cars needed attention. but when i uncovered it to work on the brakes, it was sitting i guess about 2 inches lower. i looked at the rear suspension, as best i could with it sitting on the ground, and nothing looks broken or any different from the left and right side. the spring doesn't even look to have less of an arc on the left side. anybody know any thing that might cause this?

I'd like to know this too. I had it happen after putting in a new leaf spring. It looked better the other day though when I went to take it out for the first time this year...which didn't work because the battery was dead and no brakes. Hopefully it's ready to go this weekend.

Mine does the same thing, same side. I was told it was the leaf spring and that I should go with the mono spring. Haven't done it yet though.

It may be that your rear body mounts are in poor condition. You have 8 in all. There are sometimes shims used between the mounts and the frame that the factory used to make the body level. I'm sure more knowledgeable people than me will chime in eventually to shed light on this for you. I replaced all mine with poly bushings. You'll likely want to spray bolts down with penetrating oil before attempting removal of body mount bolts, they tend to rust/seize up. PB Blaster is good, give them plenty of time to soak before removal if removal is in your future.
