Source for bare sleeved calipers?

Source for bare sleeved calipers?

Anyone out there have a source for stainless-sleeved front brake calipers? All the sources I've checked only sell the calipers with pistons, seals, boots, etc. All I need is the bare sleeved caliper. Failing that, does anyone know of a reliable shop that sleeves calipers? I'm in central Washington state, so I'd prefer not to send my calipers to the east coast, if I can avoid it. But I'll take what I can get.

How about used calipers that might be rebuildable?
