Turned the corner - radiator installed!
Finally, the first new component in my "winter" project is installed. Put in the Dewitt radiator with electric fans tonight. Feels good to start putting this guy together.

I can't believe the difference the DeWitt rad. made in my 92! You will love it! Make sure you install new seals on the sides and top of the rad. to force air thru it at highway speeds.

The radiator does fit perfectly as advertised ------ once I figured out the secret. When we first tried to install it, the fan would not clear the left A-arm. No instructions were included - I suppose Dewitt assumes a much higher degree of competentcy than I have! A call to Tom Dewitt solved everything. As I suspected but wanted to confirm, the fan assembly comes off with 6 self-tapping screws and then can be re-positioned to fit correctly. Once I did this, my friend and I had no problem dropping it in.
