Default Engine Balance?

Can anyone look at this short block and tell if its internally or externally balanced? I'm wondering what type of balancer/damper and flywheel will work for this. May be a stupid question...

All of your 350's are internal balance. You just use a neutral balancer and flex plate off of any other 350.
