Do I need an alignment after new rear spring?
For 75.
I installed new rear spring, is alignment required now?

As long as you just swaped the spring and did not unbolt any other suspension components then you do not have to worry about it unless it changed your ride hight. Ride hight changes do effect things.

Old to new looks like ride height is a little higher. I'll measure tomorrow.

I'm not an expert but two thoughts come to mind
1. You just changing the spring, so all alignment shims have remained in place.
2. Any small adjustments could cause alignment to be off.
So if it were me, I'd probably forego the alignment now and just get the vehicle aligned slightly sooner then you would have otherwise

That would depend on how much the ride height has changed. Your advice might lead to a trashed set of tires.
