C3 1976 brake lines
I am rebuilding the front brakes of my ‘76. Do you know if the end of the brake lines/tubes is single or double flared? Are there any great hints how to release the rubber hose at the wheels from the steel tubing? These are completely stuck.

double flare
soak with PB Blaster brand solvent. give it a turn . . . harder and harder, 'till last resort: vice-grips, monkey wrench, etc., basically whatever you have to twist it off, then just replace everything.
if they are that stuck, they need replacing anyway . . .
