Sweet looking pan. I like it.
Looks like it should clear any steering components, be careful of exhaust clearance. Not sure what engine you have (stock or aftermarket) but check applications too (seals and what not)
I have a BBC with hedmans which look like they'll clear. I'm also concerned about the depth. I think a stock pan is about 8 or 9 inches deep from the rail down. Is that correct?

When I searched for the Moroso # (21045) claimed in the eBay posting at Moroso's site...
"There are no products in the catalog with the product number you entered, 21045. You can try another number below, or perhaps try a keyword search for the name of the product you're looking for..."
I have an older MOROSO catalog that lists the pan. I think that, for the most part, the pan will fit. As you said sump depth is the big question. I think a stock pan is around 7.25 or so. I had a 7.625 sump depth Milodon pan on my '78 and it extended about .25" below the stock bellhousing. I have scuffed the bottom of the pan a couple of times but the car is lowered about 2" and is running about 24.5" diameter tires so it is pretty low. Additionally I have run an 8.25" depth sump and it didn't get beat up too much. I guess some of it will depend on your ride height. I don't think an 8" sump is too deep for a Corvette.
