Pull down on the left switch to open the headlight doors, the right one to open the wiper door and turn the center one to stop the wipers in the upright position.

Left and right are headlight and wiper door overrides. Center is wiper stop and will park the wpers on the windshield to allow adjustment/blade changes.

Owner's manual explains all three.

Left one is the flux capacitor
Middle one is the ejection seat
Right one is the cloaking device

Unless Bubba has reworked them into some other, less practical function.
