Either 1975 or 1976. Have to see the back.

Sorry, not a 1975 - those sport mirrors came in late '76. MAYBE an early '77 but has 'Stingray' emblem that was dropped early that year.

I think the 1st response is correct, 75 or 76. The sport mirrors have probably added, a very common addition to these cars. The emblem on the nose is 75 or 76 and not too many people change those.

If its stock, then it can't be a 1975 b/c the aluminum wheels were not available until 1976.

Looks like a 1975 or 1976 with the later sport mirrors retrofitted. A Vega steering wheel will give it away as a 1976. Also the alloy wheels hint at that year. I too do not understand the puke icon??? Looks like a nice vehicle.

78?
The wheels match and although the emblem is difficult to see, it's the right size.

75 I think, because of the sunburst nose emblem. :)

The aluminum wheels were first offered in 76, but aren't necessarily stock. The hood emblem is either 75 or 76. The sport mirrors are aftermarket. GM switched from frame-mount rear view mirrors to glass-mounted mirrors in mid-76, which is the only clue from this shot. It's hard to tell, but it looks slightly more like a glass-mount, which would make it a 76 if true.

I think most everyone is right on about it being a '76. Mine's an early '76, with the chrome mirrors mounted on the frame. From the picture, the mirrors look like they are mounted on the frame and I wouldn't put it past those being aftermarket. I've seen a _lot_ of cars where the chrome mirrors were replaced with _bullet_ style mirrors "because they make the car go fast" :U
Looks like maybe an L-82? There's chrome letters on the hood.

I noticed the chrome on the hood too. I agree, probably a '76 L-82...
