Hey I am moving to alaska interested in getting a corvette, I was wondering if htere is anyone on this forum up there and would be able ot help me find some up there, my price range is limited at hte moment preferably 5k max maybe go to 6k thanks
haha, that would make for an interesting vehicle, well during the winter i got my dads dualy, I wanted to get a c3 down here but my dad doesnt want ot have to deal with hauling it up there :( and at the current moment i dont have a car because of the hit and run last friday, the guy took off ruined my camaro, and I didnt have full coverage  well still looking for the info.
vip3r,
I've found a couple of C3's up here for sale, one of them might be right up your alley. A guy that owns an alignment shop up here in Fairbanks has a 76 that needs some attention. Could probably pick it up relatively cheap.
Where are you going to in Alaska? How long will you be staying? If you have any questions that I could help you with, just let me know, post it here or drop me an e-mail. Good luck.
Stop in to Whitehorse on your way through. I know of a couple of C3's for sale. one is a '75 coupe with an L-82. Paint is really oxidized, but the guy claims the engine was recently rebuilt. The ad in the paper says "no reasonable offer refused.
BTW, VETTE season is now officially over up here. Lots of snow. :(
