Side pipes ?
I know you people can help me.I got a 72 coup 350 w/ac and i want some side pipes.Now my Question is do i have to put headers on also ? I been looking at hookers but im lost.Can anybody tell me what i have to buy to get this project going.Part #'s would be a blessing .Do i have to do any mods? :confused:

Well, you can get some from Ecklers, Corvette Central, etc., for about $700-$800 for stainless steel ones,that bolt right up to your stock manifold I believe (I have a set if you are interested). They also have fiberglass sidepipe covers fro around $200 for these (I have those also). You can also get the hooker style that are complete headers and sidepipes. You could also get the dynomax sidepipes, cut them to length (if needed), and then make the pipes necessary to hook them to the stock exhaust.
