Im looking at the Delta current coller, I have daul spals which one would you use? FK35, or FK60 I see that 1 controller wil run two fans by installing a splitter. So is it the combined load of two fans for 6o amps? or will the 35 amp unit take care of the job? I know a few members have installed this controller what do you think? Or is there some thing better?

Do a search for a member called baskin1 I think, he is the person that designed them and he also makes them. There was a thread about them a while back on which one to use.

I'm using the FK60 with my dual spals. Works great. I figured since I used a 30 amp fuse for each fan with the original spal controller, A 60 amp Delta controller would be fine for both.
I used the smaller set up.When the fans come on with this controller they don't come on at full power.Thats when there is the highest electrical draw. These fans do not pull 30 amps each even on high!
How easy is the install? From what I see it looks pretty straight foward I already have wires run from the battery for two relays that are controlled by a Coolant temp switch. Where did you mount the controler with the daul spals?
Its a straight forward install. No relays are needed. You need power and ground wires. The Dc controller does like power directly from the battery.A coolant temp sensor is supplied with the controller and must be used to have the variable feature,it mounts in the Rad fins.I mounted the controller on the left side of the firewall
