Suspention
I am the new proud owner on a 1980 Vett. It is good condition but Its my project car.
The body and paint are good and the engine runs strong. Nothing amazing but good solid power.
I want to get the suspension done, then I will do the interior and finally move on to the engine where I will be rebuilding it for about 400hp.
I am guessing the suspension in original and it is definitely worn out. I am wanting an aggressive street suspension. Something that can pass for light track duty but not be too stiff on the street. I would rather not have the suspension noticeably too stiff for the street. At the same time I want it better than stock.
What do you recommend?

Also, another source of suspension goodies and advice is http://www.guldstrand.com/
Advise going with spherical rear camber struts vs. any with poly, for your purposes, as there have been complaints of those such as smart-struts looseneing up.
The Chevy Power Book once included a section on the Corvette Chassis (C3), which is still a significant reference for anyone serious about C3 handling. If you decide to lower ride height to optimize suspension geometry per Chevy's recommendations, I'll be happy to help walk you thru it. Here's a link to a PDF of that section...
