How Hard To Make Lines
I was thinking i could make my own tranny cooling line pipes that go on the radiator or is there more to it than i know !!!! I know i can make the flare on the nut side , but how long is the whole pipe and do i really need the little ridge on the hose side !

Never worked on an auto trannie, but I can tell you the little ridge is what stops the hose from getting blown off the end. Usually a clamp goes on the hose ahead of the ridge so the hose will never come off. You could just flare the end which I'd bet will get you close enough so it won't blow off. Buy a tube bender also.
