Looking for an opinion
I have been collecting parts having machine work done and am getting ready to start building a new 383 for my tired 78. I am using a 99' 2bolt 350, 1 piece rear main seal roller cam block. I have installed ARP main studs. Block has been clearenced for an Eagle cast 383 crank. I am usig chevy 350 rods that have been rebuilt with ARP bolts, Keith Black Flat top pistons. Deck height is at 0. Dart pro I 200 cc alum. heads. Comp will be @ 10.5 to 1. Crane cam is a custom grind with their .539 / .558 lift but ground at 292 duration to maintain resonable vacuum. Any oppion / suggestions of this combination

I think that would be a perfect match to you build. Only thing I could suggest would be check your dcr. If your not familiar with that, do a search and there is a lot of info on the forum about it.
