What is the stock back spacing for our rally wheels?

Although I don't have rallye wheels I can tell you that I am pretty sure the backspace on them is four inches (4"). I fit 5" of backspace on a completely stock 80 a couple of months ago with no problems.

I measured my rallys at 3-3/4".

'70;

Stock backspacing is 4".

Stock backspacing is 4".
I agree. To use larger BS you'll need to use 17 inch wheels. Later C-3's might be different in the rear, I don't know. I tried 4.5 inch BS using 16 inch rims and they hit into the spring and the parking brake bracket. Larger BS puts more of the wheel toward the half shafts. I finally settled on 16x8 with 4 inch BS..
