Another Headlight Problem
79 vette...Headlights come on but buckets don't come up. I can raise them manually from under the car and they stay, and go back down when lights are turned off. Turn the lights back on and they don't go up. Any ideas ?

See if they go up if you remove the little hose from one of the relays.
Edit-OK I was waiting to see what that did.If that doesnt make them work then (with the light switch pulled out)pinch one of the green stripped hoses-nothing?Pinch the other green hose.If that works one of actuator seals is bad.
