Default TCS refresher please...

Q: What are the ramifications of unpluggin the TCS at the vac. solenoid next to the carb? Will it run better, worse, no change?

TCS kept ignition spark advance from working until in high gear or at cold tempratures. You can hook advance can to carb and get better mileage but exhaust emissions will go right into the toilet with a lot of spark advance (motor will run cooler too.)
