This is a laziness question, because I could take both of them apart and probably figure this out, but when Imove the wiper switch to the wiper operate position, nothing happens. When I push in on what should activate the washers, the wipers operate, at the speed set on the wiper switch. The wiper motor was replaced about two months ago. Is it more likelythat A-the switch is bad, B-the switch was wired wrong when the motor was replaced, C-The switch was wired to the motor incorrectly D-something else.
I would go for C as its would only be the motor that has been disturbed, at least thats what I assume would have happened. If the car is nearby, go check the connections and post back! lazy-itus....a corvette related disease!

Is the wiper motor grounded by the single black wire on a spade attached to the motor case? Sounds like its finding its ground through the washer. Also check to see if the center cluster frame(what the wiper switch is mounted in) is broken if it is put a temporary ground to it and see if it works. That metal frame is the ground for the wiper switch.
Had some time on my hands, so took the swittch block out of the dash and looked it over. Apparently the motor to switch wiring was replaced when the new motor was installed. Whole problem appears to have been a poorly crimped connecter which pulled out when I dismounted the switch. Fixed that, works fine thanks for the reply.
