MSD 6 plus issue
I have an MSD 6 plus digital box. The car has no spark. I have verified power at the constant and switched 12v to the box, the harness goes to an MSD dist, and using a blaster 2 coil. I have tried the box test by jumping the harness to the box and looking for spark at the coil with no success, swapped the coil and coil wire and still no spark. Anything else I can try before I know the box is bad? Should I have 12v at the coil with they key on? If so I don't. I have gone through the wiring several times and nothings melted loose etc.

Sounds like you've got a bad box. I bought an MSD5 once from Summit that didn't work right out of the box; it happens. If you look at Nextel Cup cars they all use MSD's and they keep TWO in the car with an A-B switch in case one goes bad, which they frequently do. MSD also has a troubleshooter line, they'll walk you through ant problems.
