Default C4 driveshaft swap---U Joint Question

Hi all. Im doing some research on a c4 driveshaft for my ls6 swap and ran into a u joint snag. The c4 driveshaft has 1310 joints and Im pretty sure that my 77 has 1330s. Can someone verify this for me? Fixing this problem would be as simple as using a split 1310/1330 joint correct?

Yes you are correct . Your cars driveshaft does use the 1330 u joint. The split style u joints will work. The C 4 driveshaft yokes are aluminum and use a coated style u joint cap. I don't know if there is a split style u joint that has coated caps for use with aluminum yokes.I am using a C4 driveshaft as well for my 1980 Corvette with a 700R4.
