I have a 1969 vette with the 350 cu/ 350 hp motor. It is very stock and original. I got it recently and it has R44TS AC delco plugs in it which I don't know if these are correct for this car. I would like to replace them so I ordered from Corvette America and they sent me R43 AC plugs. These plugs don't even have the right size threads for my heads!! So much for getting the right parts!! I have another vette with R44T spark plugs. These are a little shorter than the TS models. If anyone could help and give some correct information about which plugs are correct I would appreciate the info. This 69 vette does NOT have Air conditioning, its a 4 speed, and is a convertible if it matters. Thanks in advance
Those are not original 69 heads. If they are using TS plugs they are later model. replace with r45ts plugs. you can pull a valve cover and check the head numbers to find out what years they were used. Post the nos. if you do not have the books. someone will decode them for you.

If the heads are stock forget any number with a letter after it. The R-43's would fit but its a LT1 plug and your L-46 will foul them out.
Go with a R-45, They're still available and burn better with todays fuel than the R-44's
If you have the wrong heads forget everything I just said......
