a saggy door could just be worn out bushings on your door hinges or hinges that have slipped.

check the easy things first before you jump into the worst case.

A birdcage is not easy to check when everything is assembled. Easiest way is to disassemble the kick panels and take a look behind. Tell tale signs are also rust on the outside of the A-pillar.

Be ware of birdcage rust. It is not an easy to fix problem if (a big if) you got them.
I had it on my car and only discovered after windscreen removal. Went as far as to do a birdcage transplant. Can be done if you know what to do, but a lott of hassle and not for a novice mechanic.

Succes

Good pictures of the Cage here, plus what to look for. It's repairable. alot of the guys here are really skilled and have fixed thier own. Some have had thiers fixed be Experienced Shops. $ really depends on the sevrity of the rust. If it's confined to the upper windshield and firewall braces, I'd venture a geuss of about 700 to 2500.
