I have blead and re-blead the brakes on my 75 corvette countless times after replacing the MC, seal, all 4 calipers, pads and roters. The pedal feels firm and the brake light goes off, but after about a day of driving the pedal still goes to the floor and the brake light goes on again. The levels in the MC stay the same and no fluid is lost.
Could some play in the rear end or bearings be the cause of this in any way?
