Default Power steering cooler - mounting ideas?

I have a nice cooler with integrated mounting brackets out of a Bronco, and I need to figure out where the heck to put it. So far the only places I've come up with are the firewall on the driver's side, near the fender, on top of the front crossmember, and on the front of the front crossmember.

I'm going with a Mark VIII fan, so the fan shroud isn't a concern. The firewall spot is more protected, but airflow might be bad. The crossmember would have good flow, but the cooler would be more exposed. Any suggestions?

Why do you need a power steering cooler?

Batman;

Any idea what your PS fluid temp normally is? Same rules apply for tranny juice, the further under 200 you are the better, no minimum.

When you install bigger better front tires and start increasing rpm. I was going through a pump every 1-2 years with melted seals.

Mine is mounted near the drivers side output vents

With the Hydroboost and Jeep box, pumps have been known to start burning up.

Sixfooter, I'm not sure what my temp is, but since I'm doing all of this work and have the engine bay in shambles, it seems like a good time to install it.

I used zip ties with the eyelet screw mount ends on the back side of the wheel well.

I just used longer rubber hoses on the low pressure side. With a smaller B&M tranny cooler
