Buy heads assembled?

This may be a dumb question, but can you re-use your stock rocker arms in a set of new heads if the heads don't come with any? Is that a dumb idea? If so, what kind of rockers are good for about a 400 horse street motor?
There's a company (White Performance - (skipwhite)) on Ebay that sells high quality rocker arms for less than $130...

Just choose the right ratio and stud size.. You can't go wrong for less than $150 shipped.. I used those rocker arms on my 406 rebuild that dynoed 590 HP..
It's your money but after seeing the carnage that can result when one breaks, I wouldn't trust a set of cheap roller rockers in my engine. How can they make and sell full rollers for less than Comp gets on their stamped steel roller tips - they have to be saving money somewhere, parts and/or machine work??? Check out Harland Sharp, they're reasonably priced and have been in business a long time.
