Default "Rebuild" Spindle, or just clean it?

OK, my suspension upgrade is becoming a body-on resto-mod. I am a little out of my area of experience, and am asking for advice. My front spindles are off; should I hit them with brake cleaner and brush 'em, or disassemble them? If so, where can I find instructions, torque specs, etc. I guess I'll replace bearings up there, too. Any resource or info. would be great.

Disassemble and bead blast if you can, just not on the bearing and threas surfaces. Clean and paint. Torq specs are in the shop manual. Take some pics before you take them apart, makes it easier to put back together
