Rick,
According to everything I've heard, from many, many people Romeo Engineering's carpet is the best available from any Corvette parts supplier.
I am going to purchase my carpet from them, when I get around to it.
The only caveat is that they are a small outfit, and hard to get in touch with.
From what I have heard they keep a very small stock of the most common colors for most years, rarer colors are cut and finished when ordered, so there can be a delay.
Considering the quality (or lack of) from ACC (what most other parts sellers have) a few weeks wait is probably worth it.

I ordered my carpet from them last year. The quality was very good, but customer service is not good at all. They are very bad at returning calls, it seems like a very small company when your talking to someone from there. Once I did get ahold of them I was able to get a tracking number for the carpet. The price is very good and the quality was excellent for the carpet I received.

A buddy of mine ordered carpet for his '78 over 3 months ago. He still hasn't recieved it from them. I feel bad, as I am the one who told him that guys on the forum said the quality was good. Well, I won't be ordering mine through them this winter!
