I have a tall deck big block and was wondering if anyone has put headers and side pipes on a similar engine? The deck height is 10.2" but I don't have any idea what the deck height is for a regular big block.

Standard deck ht. is 9.800", so you're 0.400" tall. This would likely cause more of a problem with sidemounts, but with chassis mounts I suspect your biggest issue will be with the steering box.

I've got the Stahl sidepipe headers on my 540 (standard deck Dart block), and they fit perfectly! Absolutely beautiful workmanship. I know another guy with a 540 with raised port heads that had difficulty getting the Hookers to fit under the frame. He's lucky he didn't strip the header bolts out of his nice aluminum Dart heads...
