while sitting in class the other night i figured out that for every mpg that i increase i will save $67 a year. Currently its been about 9mpg. first thing I'm checking is my timing, i have also bought new plugs and wires. the mixture is set pretty good i think is there a scientific way to tell ( how hard is it to install a o2 sensor?) what else should i change or check to increase my mpg? thanks.

You are going to come up against a wall real quick with that performance rear end gearing. If you keep buying stuff to increase your mileage your going to eat up all your savings.Put the car in top tune and forget about it.Your driving style will have a big effect on your gas cosumption.
I improved my gas mileage by about 10% by putting a carb cleaner gas solution into my gas tank. I try to to this with every oil change. Another suggestion would be to buy a new air cleaner or clean your K&N.
dont get me wrong guys. im not expecting something in the mid 30's like my wifes car. i just thought double digits might be nice. its a good thing i only drive it 2 miles a day.
after setting it properly( i talked to lars) it works good. one thing i have noticed is since i got it the oil pressure bounces when it is idleing but is constant when driving, is this a sign of a major problem? could this effect the gas mileage?
