stuck throttle/carb? help

i took my car out today, drove around fine idled pretty well. I finished rebuilding the carb as well, so I might have screwed something up in there. But when I opened it up a little and let off the gas, it kept going. I killed the ignition and restarted it and it still happens.

help?

Your accelerator linkage could be getting stuck. Try openning the hood and playing with it manually.

I once had a problem where the little metal ring on the cable keep mine from idling below 1500. I keep on getting really annoyed at stoplights.
