Muncie 4-speed switch?
I have a switch mounted on the 4th gear shaft that has us a little confused. According to the AIM the switch is called a TCS (transmission controlled solenoid?)
Does anyone know the function of this switch? According to the wiring diagrams I have it controls a solenoid on the intake. I believe in an automatic it part of the kick-down circuit, but I can't understand what it does in a 4-speed application.
