I have a question, can i run 15 inch wheels ,10 inch wide, without any problems with the offset arms?I want to run 10 inch wide and fit it under the rear fenders.

not unless you have flares. Your wheel well gap is 11" wide. The sectional width of the tire, not the rim, would more than likely be over 11" wide. Plus you'll have to shorten the rear spring for additional side wall clearance. No rear bar either. Your best bet for a 15" rim is our double offsets which have the spring bolt hole moved in 1" from stock. You definetly need to have the rear spring shortened with these too. 1" on each end.
