General service items, Part #s reqd. Spark plug recommendation.

General service items, Part #s reqd. Spark plug recommendation.
My main PC has crashed with all my Vette data on, part #s etc etc which Im recovering as I type...On my daughters laptop so Im not very popular at the mo.
Anyway, Im looking to service the old girl over the next couple of weeks as Im on holiday....w00t!
I would like to know part numbers of air and oil filters ( 1975 ) with recommendations of makes. I have a Fram supplier locally that says he does a lot of Yank stuff. ( Im in the UK )
Also spark plugs, make and model. My engine seems to run fairly cool, normally around 160-180 deg. What would be a good plug for this heat range.
