You have to graft the rear frame rails and crossmember to accept the 68-69 bumpers.
If you have an automatic trans make sure it has the removable croosmember for the trans. It won't matter either way if you have a manual trans.

You also have to switch body mounts from solid mounts to either rubber or polyurethane.

Not sure, but I think the convertible chassis had more stiffening members to compensate for the roof loss. Better check that if you plan to use a coupe chassis in place of the convertible chassis.
