I remember seeing somewhere, little dollies that you can put your car on, so you can push it around your garage? Does anybody here have them? How much did you pay for them?
I bought a set of car rollers from Zip last fall and they worked great. I paid about $240.00 for them. They made it possible for me to store my vette sideways in the back of my garage and still get two cars in each side. Luckily my garage is deep enough for this. It was really easy to move the car around with these. I was able to do it myself.
I own a project '66 Corvette. I bought the car with the house I purchased because the previous owner put it in sideways within a 2 car garage (very deep). He didn't want to fudge with getting it out. I bought casters from Harbor Freight for $100 (all 4) and couldn't be happier. They are sturdy, allow me (by myself) to pull the car out of the corner when I need to work on her and when I'm done, I just push her back. This way, I never lose parking, and have a "3" car garage. Harbor Freight usually sells them for $129 but if you watch for specials you can pick them up for $100. The owner saw what I had done and his wife commented to him "Why didn't you buy those..."
Ditto on what Top-Notch said! I got a set from Harbor Freight for about $100 on sale and no sales tax, free shipping, had them delivered to work and they are well worth the money.
