Default Fluid Leak

I got done with replacing most of the brake system on my vette, a project which has taken me a couple months. I lowered the car off the jack stands, and to make sure it still worked alright, I started it up and ran it for about 5 minutes, revving the engine a few times, then turned it back off. A few minutes after that, I back the car out of the garage manually to wash it, and when I roll it back in I notice there's a puddle about 6" in diameter of pink fluid on the garage floor. The odd part is that based on the location of the car in the garage, this puddle was leaking from a location about a foot in front and inboard of where the front passenger tire touches the ground. Anyone have an idea what could be leaking? I had to leave, and didn't get a chance to check on the location. Thanks as always for the help.

One more newbie question: where is the fill plug located on the rear differential? I'd like to know what angle I'm going to have to attack it from.

If you have an automatic transmission, it could be a line or connection leak where the transmission fluid passes through the radiator to cool it.

Check the hoses from the trans cooling lines to the radiator for cracks in them and check to see that the clamps are tight as well.

Yep, the tranny line to the radiator runs through that area and there are small hoses that connect these 2 lines to the rad. If they are the culprit, be sure to replace them with trans. fluid hose.
