No, the race has spun around in the hub and has damaged it so much that the race can be moved around in the hub :-(
This recently happened to my Brother's car. He took the hub to a machine shop (with the new race), and they machined out the hub and pressed in a sleeve.

I did exactly the same to both my front hubs.
Just make sure you do a followup wheel alignment after the repair..... there's a possibility that the new bearings might be on a slightly different plane after machining the hubs.
Mine is working as good as new now.... eradicated a lot of the high speed wander I experienced previously.
