Well i finaly got the money to order the Hooker side pipes from Jet-Hot. I can't wait for them to come in. I decided not to buy used and have them coated, and just order them from Jet-Hot. Its gonna be a great day when they come in.
PS: were can i get the real loud max flow slip in mufflers. Im looking for sound and loudness
From: Graceland in a Not Correctly Restored Stingray
What finish did you choose?
Word is the Hooker Max Flows sound even deeper than the glass packs, while outflowing full open pipes. The thunders are a bit on the tinny sounding side for my tastes (they have a sound clip you can sample on their site), so I'm going with the Max Flows.
Be prepared to cut your rocker panels to install these headers.......Also be careful of rust, I had a set for a BB and they started rusting in a short period of time....
I got the sterling silver look, i ordered both headers and tubes, they never asked me what mufflers i wanted and im pissed i didnt know about the forum discount.
btw how long does it take to ship? all i got was an invoice no shipping recored
OH MY FREAKING GOD, that was fast. I just got all my packages today..... that was like 3-4 days ago when i sent the order in to Jet-Hot....wow, i cant wait to get some pictures up for you guys. Also, were they supposed to come with mufflers or was that a secret thing i had to ask for?
