Headlight won't go down???
I have a 1980 C3 with headlight problem.
At a fresh start up both lights will go up and down. Slowly, but they work. After driving awile with the lights on and up something changes, and the right light will not go down when turned off. Now the next day at start up it will go down.
Can someone tell me what parts I need to replace?

I would guess you have a slow vacuum leak. When the car is cold strated you have just a bit more vacuum than when it's warm. That might be why the lights work when it's cold.
The lights have to have vacuum to go down. No vacuum, the legs won't unlock, and they won't drop.
I would start by looking for a vacuum leak of some kind. There are lots of hoses that can dry out and crack and a lot of ends not clamped that can pop off the nipple.
Check the check valves for both the power brakes and the headlights and make sure everything it still attached at the manifold.
