There are some fantastic colors on these cars in the forum, but my vote goes to yours  Wow, I love that color. Is it exclusive to the collector edition? Does it have a heavy metalic content in the paint? I have a silver 77 but it don't sparkle like that  I'm lookin to repaint in the near future and would appreciate the paint code of your color. Thanks!
P.S. D-Backs had me worried there for a while. Glad ya got Mark Grace? I'm a Chicago native White Sox fan who hates the Yanks.. so congrats!! :seeya :seeya :seeya
hey silvr77. I know I'm not Desertdawg, but I also have an 82 Collectors Edition. Yes that color, Silver Metallic Beige, is exclusive to the 82 Collectors Edition. Mine does not have a heavy metallic content to it, but it is there. The GM factory paint code is 59. Hope this helps :seeya
Thanks dukman, I sho-nuff appreciate it. :yesnod: My original paint is not too bad, but it is showing it's age. I just might wet sand, polish and buff it out come spring before I decide to repaint...... Ya'll be cool :D
 :seeya :seeya :seeya
P.S. '99 Dyna Low Rider on the side.. what's yours?
Hello Silvr77
Thanks for the compliment, And I believe that Dukeman has answered your question.
I would also like to add that no there isn't any metallic in this color, I think that most of the sparkle you are seeing is from the silver in it.
Just in case you want to see what another year looks like with this paint on it, I found a 69 painted with silver-biege. http://www.cnv-corvettes.com/cars/69silverbeigecpe.jpg
