Default Wheels are Clicking?

Can anyone tell me why my wheels click every time I apply the slightest amount of torque in forward or reverse. All the brake calipers are new stainless units. Thanks

Can you tell if the clicking is coming from the front or back, or narrow it down to a specific corner?

You may need to post a little more info about your car and your problem.

One of the things that could cause a clicking sound is your parking brake. Depending on how old your car is, if the hardware is original or just falling apart, the parking brake components can come loose inside of the hub. They can make all kinds of noise when this happens.

Jack up then car and rotate wheels individually to determine location of problem/noise.

Ralley wheels ? Grease the 4 clips that attach them to the wheels.
edit - sorry the clips that hold the beauty rings on the wheels

Car is a 69 coupe 4-speped with ralley wheels. Clicking seems to be coming from both front and rear wheels. Parking brake is a new stainless unit.

Pop the beauty rings off and see if it still does it.

Probably nothing but the brake pad shifting back and forth. They do this the first roll forward and the first roll backward.

Could be u-joints, beauty rings or pads. You just have to cancel 1 out at a time. Pull the rings, if it goes away, you know the rest. Have someone rock the car in park and get under the car to listen for the u-joints or for pads rocking.
