Trans Mount for Tremec into C3
I'm installing a Tremec 5 spd into my '79 (stk 4 spd). Where can I buy the modified transmission mount that will bolt to the stock crossmember? I could fab one up, but would prefer just to buy it.

Keisler has the solution for this problem.
Don't know if they will sell just the trans mount or if it comes only as part of their kit.

Keisler makes a crossmember that bolts into your existing mounts and it set up for your tremec. Use the same trans mount from your 4 speed. Here's a pic of it.

I asked several months ago about getting the Keisler mount for my 6-speed and I was told that they don't sell the components seperately. Perhaps things have changed - if they have let me know.

Thanks for the reference guys but unfortunately, we cannot sell the crossmember bracket seperate from our kits. We consider it a proprietary piece that our engineers spent a great deal of time and resources on to ensure it is correct. To us, it is comparable to asking us to sell just our shifter design without the tranny.
