Good brake Tech article
For those of you that want to learn about performance braking systems this is a pretty good article.
It covers everything from calipers to rotors.

I have decided that Hydroboost is OK as far as boosters go. Personally I like manual brakes, but thats me
As far as hydroboost putting out too much pressure I had a long conversation with Willwod and we decided ( ok they told me) that it would be ok for a short term spike, and it's unlikely that someone would keep that pressure on for very long (Since their brakes would be completely locked up) so it's probably not a real concern.
My comments are that in the 12 years I have street driven this shark damn nearly every day, at least once.....I NEVER had a decent reliable brake pedal for very long.....BTDT on every suggestion/fix/recommendation/part/source/trick you can think of...
upon finally junking that stock booster for the HB system, I was very careful to keep the m/cyl all hooked up and in place so the switch was to prove to ME, an 'unproven' system....
tossed my nose into the wheel at first stop, been really nice since then, got used to not having to move the damn pedal 6-12 inches/whatEVER to get the brakes to REACT....nice feeling...tap that ****, and nose meet wheel....

Why do you think you need a bigger bore MC? IS it not working well?
It's a delicate balance between bore size, pedal ratio and piston size. Small changes in one can greatly affect the system.
And just to complicate matters there are limited sizes of pistons and MC bores...

I need to get off my *** and put my hydroboost in.
Guru, I started using the Wilwood Blue (2 lb) residual pressure valve. It keeps 2 lbs of pressure on the caliper circuit when your foot is off the brake. It keeps the pistons from getting pushed back in the bore due to runout and spindle flex.

I will put that on the list.
But what is the right piston bore for the dynalite wilwoods?
I have a replacement MC and I have no clue if its right. A new stock type MC isnt exactly expensive, so I can just get another.

Hydroboost has made the brakes in my car the best out of any other car I have ever driven, and I thought the brakes were already good.
