Thought I'd pass this along.......Doc Rebuild has some very well done wiring diagrams showing wire gage, color, pictures of the connectors etc. Here's a partial scan of one of them, they're laminated in plastic which is very nice. $12.50 ea.
I have both of them on the way plus the vacuum one. The person on the phone claimed that there are 14 errors for one area in the AIM that they have corrected. Forgot what area it was though.
It's nice that Doc fixed the errors and added color, but it looks like the same old GM type rat's nest schematic to me. I don't think it was laid out by a EE.
I got one off of fleabay for $20 a couple of weeks ago. Should have bought one years ago, it makes things so easy. Wasn't a doc rebuild I don't think, but it was laminated.
Does this one show some of the switches in a normal position? I bought another one that is recommended on an earlier thread and it’s OK but not what I am looking for. I would like to know if the fan switch is in X position power should be going to here etc…
I don't think it goes into the detail your looking for, only the harness connectors and where they're terminated. Here's a shot of the heater/ AC, Fan switch area
That beats the heck out of the black and white one I have!
This is what I look like when I read it, even with a magnifying glass:
Yeah I agree, I thought it was pretty good. I couldn't find where the throttle solenoid wires came from, I found the connector in 2 seconds with this thing. Of course no wires in it though
The picture is a little blurry at the bottom from my scanner, the original is crystal clear.

Thanks!.. yep that looks like what I have it would be nice if they would include that information. That was the reason I bought a wiring diagram was to trace a path without the other information I am no better off than I was in the first place. I don’t mean to be knocking these diagrams because they do serve a valuable place but IMOHO the switch information should be included.
